As we mostly know, what comes from nature are usually best for us. The earth is packed with tons of useful plants that are meant to be utilised to improve our health. This week, we are going to elaborate on a number of advantages of consuming herbs as opposed to pharmaceutical products.

Our bodies have a natural detox cycle that goes on every day but we are bombarded with so many toxic chemicals that often the detox pathways become overloaded, contributing to many chronic symptoms and degenerative disease.
